DUPLEX APARTMENT IN HALF CHALET AT THE FOOT OF THE SLOPES OF 55 M².
Ski in and ski out with private parking.

Maximum capacity of 6 people (Winter and Summer rental)

- Room n°1 on mezzanine equipped with a double bed of 140
- Room n°2 on mezzanine equipped with a bunk bed for 2 persons and a drawer bed for 2 persons.
- Sofa bed in the living room converts into a double bed of 160.
EQUIPMENT:
- Closed fireplace, TV and DVD in living room (wood for fireplace included).
- Kitchen fully equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, 2 fridges, 1 with small freezer, coffee machine, kettle, raclette machine, fondue set, mixer etc.
- Bathroom with shower and toilet and washing machine.
About 100m from the centre of the resort (quiet). Animals are allowed if they are not dangerous and after agreement with the owner.
Prices include all taxes (heating, electricity, water), bed linen is provided free of charge. In addition, the tourist tax will be charged, to be paid on site according to the rates and regulations in force at the time of the stay.
